Bee My Love launch lunch: a meal where each stage symbolizes a sequence of the Honey making.

For the starter, the guests were invited to « pollenize » the harvest, thanks to flowers made of kinako and pollen. As for the main course, honeycomb graphic and architectural patterns symbolized the beehive structured alveolus, and dessert was all about the birth of the sweet, rich and precious honey through a ginger & lime honey caramel, poured over a crispy citrus millefeuille.
